Is my photo attached to the exact item?
Yes. Your selected options and photo status are shown again in the bag and remain attached to that personalised line item.
Can I add the photo after checkout?
Yes. Your photo does not need to be ready before payment. After checkout, send the photo and your order number to support@philu.co when you are ready.
How long does it take?
Allow 2–3 business days for personalisation, then an estimated 4–7 business days for tracked delivery to Australia. See the shipping policy for country estimates; remote areas may take longer. If you send the photo later, timing starts once it is received.
